I purchased a new Charge 3 and received it yesterday after hearing that Fitbit has activated a new feature that enables it to estimate blood oxygen levels during sleep. I made the switch from another Fitbit watch that I'd been wearing for a couple of weeks. How do I enable Sp02/blood oxygen monitoring/estimation on Charge 3?

It just suddenly showed up on my sleep graph today but not on my husbands and we both have the same charge 3 and the same app version.

Without doing anything, after seeing an empty graph for a day, the EOV graph suddenly appears for me today. Previous day's are still empty but fitbit support said data may show up for those later, too
Only fitbit can roll out features this way.

Mine doesn’t seem to be recording every day. This is a weird feature. I hope no one is relying on anything accurate or consistent.

Mine is gone again today. On yesterday gone today. When it disappears the past graphs also disappear. I can’t talk to my doctor about my big O2 swings if I can’t show the graphs. I guess I should try screen shot to capture the random days it appears. I wish Fitbit would just explain. Something like: we are experiencing trouble with the roll out. During this time you will have random access or no access to oxygen saturation graphs. We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for your patience. Just anything.

I got my first graph today! Sounds like it might disappear based on others’ experiences so I‘ll take a screen shot.

I have firmware update 1.63.5 (so nothing new), but check your app version number. On 2/18, version 3.15 (924) of the app was available. I updated the app and now I have SPO2 showing. I hope it will stay for good.

I suspect the oxygen graph will be for premium and the hold up in release is do to software restrictions that will allow fitbit to do that.

Where do you see v3.15 on 2/18? Google play shows v3.14 on 2/05 for me.

Apple App Store. "Bug fixes and performance improvements." As I said, coincidence? I hope that it sticks this time. Hopefully it will turn up on Google Play shortly.

I have this under sleep graph but doesn’t let me click on it. So I don’t know if it works.

All I see is the picture and telling about it but when I touch it doesn’t do anything. So I assume mine is working either.

Good thing I took a screen shot because it’s already disappeared! It’s not even blank. The whole graph is gone like it was never there!

Hmmmn got home from work and now I have a graph. I have data starting 1-5-20 before that date the graph is there but blank no data. My app ver is still the same as before. I guess it works ok. I use a cpap machine when I sleep and all my data shows low (thats good) on the graph. Sometimes I have fallen asleep in front of the t.v. then went to bed. On those night's I can see the graph spike high then go back to low then I am in bed with my cpap.
Edit: one thing I just noticed is that my chart uses LOW and HIGH variations. But when you hit learn more they use SMALL and BIG variations and other pic's show small and big also not low and high.

Still waiting here too.
The only reason I was excited to get a Fitbit 3 was the oximeter. Like someone else here, I wanted to use it to help me improve sleep. The sleep graph is great but ...
I agree with others, Fitbit really ******* this one up.
Last Fitbit I will own. You can't trust their advertising.

The day before yesterday I had the option to view my o2 sat after waking up. It’s now gone also. I’m on the Versa 2.

Hi,
Another frustrated new Charge 3 owner.
I replaced my Alta HR for the Charge 3 yesterday just for the Oxygen sensor.
On set up, the Charge 3 updated via the iPhone app (version 3.15.1). It took a good ten minutes to update.
so latest iOS app version and latest Charge 3 firmware.
The graph appeared on the app a short while ago but obviously the Alta HR couldn’t use it, that’s why I bought the Charge 3.
This morning, I’m all exited to see what oxygen data was recorded......
blank chart.
I hope I haven’t wasted my money based on an incomplete and intermittent feature?
I really wished I’d read this thread first, as I would’ve held off the purchase until the feature actually was proven to work and be stable.
Im trying very hard not to feel ripped off!
