I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 3 is showing the error code 001. Thank you for restarting your Tracker before contacting us.
Our team is currently working to resolve this error and hope to have a fix soon. We're sorry for any trouble. In the meantime, I created a case with Customer Support to provide assistance. Please check your inbox on the next days. They will let you know how to proceed as soon as possible.
