I have the Charge 3. I set it up on 24 December. The estimated oxygen variation graph worked with no problems with the last reading on 31 December. Since then the graph has been blank. Any ideas how to get this working again?
It was released to only a small % of users on a test basis. Hopefully it will be released to all users but no schedule announced so far. There's nothing you can do to get it back. Just consider yourself lucky that you had it for a while, and keep hoping for its full release to everyone.
I had it for 2 days then it vanished, it just shows a blank graph on my sleep info section. I thought there was something wrong with my new fitbit, have been looked on here for an answer several times. Tried cleaning and resetting. There must be more confused people.
Best AnswerThe feature has disappeared totally now! I went to go and check this AM and the graph isn't even there anymore. Too bad. I liked it. Must not have been very accurate or got people overly worried.
Mine worked since purchased 2 1/2 mos ago. Suddenly, middle of March, went blank.
Wondered if recent update had anything to do with it going blank.
You are correct about being confused!
I thought it broke ....then I see ma y people have same complaint. Why wouldn't FitBit put out an announcement instead of us creating theories! Can't be good for business. Can we call them? I could not find a Custimer Service number....anyone?
Best AnswerCan you tell us how or where you obtained that information? Will we get it estimated Oxygen Variation graph back at some point?
I am SO disappointed.
The Co. Must see these posts, and feel our frustration....why not post something so ALL of us will know problem and how and when it will be corrected.
