I saw and enjoyed the new function appearing in the app after an update about a week ago. However, after have seen it working for 1 day, the graph now stays empty. How can I get this to work again?

I just bought the Charge 4 specifically because of the oxygen saturation feature and its blank. In trying to figure it out I did see a review where someone with sleep apnia compared results against a few other monitors and the fitbit results were meaningless - better than a blank graph?... I guess not. Perhaps that's why fitbit doesnt want it out there at the moment. Too bad. This one is going back.

My husband and I bought the same model of fitbit within a week of each other. His always shows the graph. Mine originally filled just the first few minutes of it but now is always empty. No logic.

Update: Since I rebooted my Charge 3 my graph has been showing up normal.

I also have this problem. It had been working fine. Last Thursday and Friday the only data was a small 1/4 inch long squiggle about 5:30 am (different shaped squiggles per day).  Since Saturday it has been completely blank. I rebooted my Charge 3, but don't see a change yet. Hopefully it will record tonight.

update- I previously had a graph but no data. I now have no Blank graph Either!
why don’t Fitbit tell us what the situation is. If they are trialling with some customers then Just tell us!

My understanding is this was a feature that came automatically with the charge 3 and not a premium feature

Yes, my husband and I are on exactly the same fitbit, bought within days of
each other and not upgraded to premium. His oxygenation graph
works, mine doesn't!

Hi, Thank you, but I tried it. Also did the hard start with the bar.... Was on the phone an hour today with customer service. He couldn't figure it out. The watch isn't even a month old & it's giving me trouble synchronizing and the oxygen thing stopped working. I'm not happy with this watch!

If that is the case then Fitbit should post a notice saying that is the reason (they should also answer these threads). To not have ANY explanation as to why it's not working/stopped working is not good usability.

I just got my Charge 3 yesterday so this was my first night using the sleep feature. I too have that graph blank and it's a shame because I'd really like to know the information. As for it being a premium feature, I don't think it is because it's not locked like the other features I've seen that are advertised as premium. It looks to me like the developers are not paying attention to the 136 people in this thread who all are having the same problem for months now. That doesn't sit well with me.

Try rebooting your charge 3.

From your Charge 3 swipe left to settings and go to.about. Scroll down to reboot and select. This has worked for other people and worked for me.

Thanks Jeff! I hadn't read through all the comments when I made mine. I rebooted. As of now it's still blank. I assume I will know if the reboot worked after another night of sleep. Fingers crossed!

Reboot did nothing to solve the issue. In the last few days the graph has gone completely.
I just wish Fitbit would actually tell us what’s going on!

In addition to rebooting the charge 3 ID also log out of the app and log back in, can also reboot ur phone. To the other question it won't make data appear for previous nights but should populate the chart going forward. U can also try unpairing your charge 3 (remove from your account) then add it back, then reboot the charge 3 and log out / back in to the app. That worked for me when my wife and I swapped devices and she wasn't getting the chart populated

Deleted fitbit from account then relinked it and still oxygen graph is blank.  Maybe it's just fitbit app developers messing around causing problems. Who knows? I don't  and not going to pretend I do.

I just received my FitBit Charge 3 on Friday and immediately set it up. I've been wearing it since then and my estimated O2 graph is completely blank. No data whatsoever.

I have rebooted the device, restarted the app. Unpaired the device, logged out of the app, restarted my phone, rebooted the device again, logged back in, re-paired the device to the app, and still, nothing.

I just dropped 100+ dollars on this thing. (Tax included.) I previously had an Inspire HR a year ago (birthday present) that had massive issues with phantom steps. Ended up returning it.

Swore I'd never bother with FitBit again once my old Flex dies. Well, saw the Charge 3 and thought, "Surely they've had time to work the bugs out of this one." FitBit, proving me wrong, again.

I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but each time, Flex notwithstanding, their products have big issues right out of the box.

And now to access the full suite of displayed features, I have to pay $80 a year? And the included O2 graph doesn't even work?

Y'all can stay silent up there at FitBit HQ, but it's to the detriment of your business.

I love the design of your products, but you just sold me a $100 pretty paperweight with a wrist strap... Again.

Dear FitBit MANAGEMENT (because it's always an issues with management not listening to their workers), FIX YOUR ISSUES.

You're gonna lose business. If I can't get this new device to work, I'm done. I will go to a competitor. (And, to boot, my Charge 3 also is having moderate issues with phantom steps.)

Having the same problem with mine and while I’m truly sorry to see so many with same issue, at least I won’t go stomping back to the store saying my Charge 3 is faulty.

The premium fee is a hefty one but I paid it to get this feature. Grrrrr.
