I saw and enjoyed the new function appearing in the app after an update about a week ago. However, after have seen it working for 1 day, the graph now stays empty. How can I get this to work again?

Mine is empty and always has been. My husband has the same watch bought at the same time, neither of us has premium and his oxygen graph displays data whilst mine doesn’t.

I upgraded my Charge 2 to 3 on the back of this. The first day I got half a night’s graph and how it’s gone. It’s a complete scam. I’m so fed up with Fitbit’s advertising services that just don’t work.

My Charge 3 SpO2 sensor was working fine until Wednesday when it stopped reporting on the daily graph.  I've reset it but will need to wait until tomorrow to see if it comes back.

Completely agree on that. Fitbit is not a medical diagnosis device, but it provides useful information that could certainly help preventing Covid complications. In my case, my Oxygen Variation was working fine for some weeks and stopped working all in a sudden. I want it back, please, Fitbit!

Not sure what happened but mine appears to be populating again as of last Friday

My wife's SPO2 results have worked great for a long while. I bought a charge 3 a couple of weeks ago and my graph just stays empty. It's frustrating indeed! Do I return the device as faulty? It sounds like Fitbit are being rather illusive about this bug/fault. Not a good start with the brand for me. Perhaps I should have stuck with Garmin

My graph has been empty for several weeks.  I pay for premium and it is highly annoying to have a feature just disappear with no explanation.

this is highly annoying. I have had my fit bit 2 days and second day in it's stopped recording oxygen data. Also i have the Samsung s10 5g and my tracker it's not receiveing message notifications from my phone, apparently its a issue with compatibility to newer phone's...so frustrating

Hi quick update - I raised an eSupport request via Twitter and the graph started populating within a couple days. No idea what they did. Worth a try?!

Quick update worked it out by accident. Reboot your watch in settings from watch. It's worked for us.

You do have to enable that in the app and choose exactly which items do
notify you.

Recently bought a new fitbit and this feature was definitely a sell point. I'm following this board to see if anyone has any solutions.(Just tried rebooting my device from my device - hopefully that works!!) Hopefully this gets working sooner than later!

Mine has always been empty.  I sign up for the premium trial expecting that I would then get the data.  But no, still blank.  Why pay more?

On my charge 2, as far as I can determine, In do not get a tap the watch reboot option.

Resetting my Charge 3 seemed to do the trick. I have been able to see the EOV graph since I reset it through my device.  Just swipe left to settings, scroll down to about, and then select reboot device.
