Since I have had the Fitbit update, it no longer shows a map when I've been for a run, it previously used to show my splits and a map of my route. Any help to get the map back would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for the details that were shared in your post regarding your concern. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you're checking this information on the Fitbit app of Fitbit.com? If the Fitbit app, which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and after the update, how many times your map wasn't recorded? This only occurs with an specific exercise? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device.
