Exercise not tracked

Went for a run with my Fitbit on. I had it track my run & when I was finished I stopped it & it told me how far I ran, my pace, etc. But after that my steps, active minutes, etc from the run don't show up on the tracker or the app. Thoughts?

Force a sync of the tracker. 

Your run data needs to get on the Fitbit server. 

The server processes the data. 

The data then syncs back to your app and tracker.

This did not work. I have synced it to my phone multiple times. The only possible thing I can find is that it tracked it under a different day, being March 16th... Quite a long time time ago.
