Does anyone know if its more accurate (as far as calories burned, etc.) to start an exercise on the fitbit or let it detect that you've started and exercise on its own. For example: If I'm going to do a 30 min. cardio workout, my Charge 3 typically recognizes that after 15 minutes anyway or should I start it through the exercise functions. Hope this makes sense. Thanks!

I always use the exercise option as I want to make sure that I capture it all.
