Faded screen and lines through numbers

I’m about done with this company and it’s product. I got a Charge 3 first a couple years ago, and it got bricked by a firmware update. I was able to get a replacement from where I bought it. This particular Charge 3 has worked fine until recently. The screen is dim, and getting dimmer as time goes on. And when I tried to change the settings, it went completely dark. There’s also lines through the top of the display, and it’s starting to have dead blots other places now. I’m currently updating the thing to see if it’ll brick again so I can just drop the thing and get something else, I don’t know what, but I doubt it’ll be anything else from Fitbit. The solution you give people doesn’t work. And I mean ever.

Hi there @rss34, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the inconveniences you've been having with your Charge 3's screen. We acknowledge the limitation we have on our part particularly on what you have experienced. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services.

Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. Our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can.

Since this sounds a bit more serious, I've created a support case on your behalf - you should receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums. Note that we may take a bit long to get back to you since due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to let me know.
