I have the notification on my phone (Samsung a9) that firmware needs updating on my charge 2.
I have a good internet connection and the device is fully charged.
It gets to about the 3rd dot, comes up with an exclamation mark on Fitbit screen and starts again. I have tried restarting both devices, tried with both on charge and tried with both off charge. Tried setting up as a new device. Bluetooth is on and seeing device.
Not sure what else I could do to get the firmware update to go? HELP! Its stressing me out now...

Have you tried clearing the Fitbit apps cache?
Tried through both cellular and wifi?
Once the download starts open a different app to move Fitbit to the background. I have problems when leaving Fitbit at the front.
