I bought the Charge 3 yesterday and set up the app on my phone.
Samsung Galaxy S8 Android OS 9
My Fitbit is fully charged and the app tells me I need to update the firmware. When I click on it it tells me it is having trouble connecting to Fitbit.com and unable to update. I cant seem to get past this in order to use my new fitbit.
Bluetooth on, wifi on, restarted phone, tried computer, tried through fitbit.com instead of app.
I've tried a variety of measures. Any suggestions??? I will return otherwise.
