my fit bit HR will not sync. the time and date are stating its yesterday and it will not sync to the app on my samsung. when i try to sync it stats could not sync to live data. i have tried all of the trouble shooting. reset 3 times in a row. turned on and off bluetooth. reinstalled the app. removed my device from the app them re-added it. restated my phone..... i have tried countless times and have spent the last 2 hours tying to fix it. my fitbit is only 1 month old. please help!!!

Hello,
Have you tried syncing it with another device like a laptop with the Fitbit dongle or another phone or tablet?

Factory restart? How did you do this? My Charge HR is going through the same thing.

Must be something wrong on your end with technolgy! Please fix it. Love my fitbit when it works. Can't sync it to my phone since January! have tried everything and nothing works!

I got my charge HR for my birthday this Saturday. It set up fine and was working perfectly till yesterday. It will not sync and i have tried everything. I have even tried to reset the fitbit itself and it won't reboot. I kept my finger on the button for at least 30 seconds and i just had the battery image the whole time. I've tried this several times with no joy. Has anyone else had this problem? I've contacted fitbit with no response.

I have a fitbit hr that is less than 1 month old. All of a sudden it won't sync with my phone or my kindle or my pc. Is there a way to reset without losing all my previous data?

Have same issue. Tried all suggestions in similar threads and no avail. Was thinking of getting a fitbit for my spouse earlier, but not anymore after going thru these syncing/updating troubles - not worth it. What a waste of time and money....
