Will this erase my history? I'm in the middle of a workweek hustle & don't want to lose yesterdays 11k steps.

Good morning,

My fitbit has not synced since Monday. I've tried turning my Bluetooth on
and off and that didn't work. I thought if I disconnected/forgot my device
I could find it again and reconnect. It's now saying incorrect passkey or
pin. I don't want to lose the history from this week if at all possible.

Please let me know if you have any ideas or need more information.

Thank you!
TrayJon

My fit bit isn't syncing either. Tried everything. Finally I unpaired it and now my phone says it can't connect to my charge HR Bluetooth.

Update. Plug fitbit into charge and now it says fitbit Bluetooth busy. It hasn't synced since Monday at 740am EST. WHAT IS GOING ON??? Very frustrated. Also I'm in a study with a university to track exercise and type 2 diabetes in persons over 65. This is going to screw things up.

I was able to get the pin/passkey by plugging my fitbit into my charger &
holding the button down for about 10 seconds. I 'replaced' my fitbit in
the app and was able to sync again. The best part was that my weeks
history was not lost!!

TrayJon, Thank for the info. I tried your method and it worked. Except I lost a portion of my info from the past 4 days. My fitbit is up and working, hopefully this doesn't happen again.

I got my charge HR for my birthday this Saturday. It set up fine and was working perfectly till yesterday. It will not sync and i have tried everything. I have even tried to reset the fitbit itself and it won't reboot. I kept my finger on the button for at least 30 seconds and i just had the battery image the whole time. I've tried this several times with no joy. Has anyone else had this problem? I've contacted fitbit with no response.

After 7 days and hours wasted trying everything I finally got it to sync. I
held the button until I saw the logo as told but still no joy. Tried again
then gave up. I decided to switch my phone off and when I switched on again
it suddenly synced. I'm still not sure if someone at fitbit did something
at their end or restarting my phone did it. Believe me I was so fed up with
it I wanted to throw it out the window at one stage

I plugged it in and held the button in for 12 seconds until the fitbit
logo showed on watch. It didn't work first time so did it again. Still
didn't work until I switched off my phone and turned it on again. This was
a full week of turning on and off Bluetooth, reinstalling the app, and
holding the button in. The only thing I hadn't done was turnot off and on
my phone.
Hope this helps as I know how you feel
