My fit bit screen gone blank still picking up my steps and the green light is on 

but I can’t see nothing 

I have tried re setting it as suggested but still nothing I have had charge 2 for a year and 10 months 

is there anything else I can do and do I still have warranty on this 

i am lit lost with out my fit bit please help 😫

  • I have the exact issue and my Fitbit Charge is about the same age, too!

I too have a black screen, can't see anything, it vibrates, but all suggestions on how to 're boot etc have not worked. Mine too is nearly 2 years old! 

Very frustrating
