This is the biggest waste of money.... I will not recommend this watch to anyone.  It is a piece of crap and i want my money back.  It won't sync and there is no instructions on how to use the darn thing how to maximize the things on here.  The concept is great and I do love that it tracks how far you go but it refuses to sync to my computer and now I can't even get the Blue tooth to even pick up the unit.  Also you get no help from here either.

The manual can offer some help. You can find it at https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_charge_3_en_US.pdf

Setting it up on a computer rather than a phone can have some issues. Have you gone through the setup guide at: Help article: How do I set up my tracker?

If you are running Windows 10 then it should be straightforward but if you are running something else then it can get a little tricky. What are you using? Do you have a phone that you could use instead? It just has to be on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

If you can't get things sorted and you want a refund then your best bet may be to go back to the retailer where you got it as fitbit's warranty terms only provide for a replacement of defective units rather than a refund.
