FitBit Charge 2 - 'No Device Found' - cannot sync

After a couple of years of working perfectly, my phone will not sync with my Charge 2 device. I have tried:

  • Switching the Bluetooth off and on
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the FitBit app on my phone
  • Connecting my device the the charger and restarting it
  • Making sure the device it up to date - it is 22.22.58.0 which seems to be the latest

Same here. I believe it's the Bluetooth as my phone can no longer find the device. It's been hit and miss for a few week for me but I haven't been able to do it at all since yesterday 3pm.

Thank you for your email! I restarted my phone and now it's working. Try
that.
