I have tried everything. Bluetooth on and off. Phone reboot. Uninstslling fitbit and a combo of all of these in various different orders. Nothing!! Any ideas please.

If that doesn't help then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
