Hi,
My fitbit charge 2 battery drained completely and when I charged it after couple of days I found the date/time was displayed incorrect. The device was not syncing data with the android fitbit app. I removed the device from my android app and now I am unable to add it again. It gives me bluetooth error and gives me options to 1> Cancel and Try Again 2> Restart bluetooth device. I tried both multiple times but no success. I have read couple of threads in the forum and tried the help provided but still no success. I have tried below things multiple times :
1> Restarted by phone (Mi A1)
2> Tested the phone bluetooth is working other devices ( for ex speakers)
3> Tried debugging with thread which asks to put the fitbit device on charge and long press power button for 10 secs and so on.
4> Tried re-installing the android app
None of the above could resolve my problem and my device is still not added to my android app.
Request you please help with any possible debugging which I can try to fix the issue.
PS : There isn't any physical damage to device.

@Akashdeep It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that you can't pair your tracker with your phone. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
Let me know how it goes!
