Hello,
My Fitbit Charge 3 will not connect to my Android phone for running or other exercise.
It does sync in every other way, so this is very confusing.
- Both the phone and the Fitbit and have been updated.
- Both the phone and the Fitbit have been restarted multiple times.
- The Fitbit has access to location information on the phone.
- The Fitbit and phone are fully charged.
- I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app.
None of these have solved the problem, which started after the September 2020 Fitbit update.
