3x in last month I've sought out help for FitBit Charge 4. Not tracking steps (missing hours; history of steps incorrect). Also, not detecting heart rate. Sleep score data not accurate. All I get is same answer. Reboot device. Well, now I'm having to do that every 3 days. Try getting answer from support and nothing. Jocelyn ended chat and FitBit never even sent me the survey to rate help (I guess they dont track help support when u get none). Today they said I will have to clear all my Fitbit data. Wow. So my history all gone. I asked how to get my premium $ back and got no answer. Disappointed in failure of my Fitbit and now disappointed I'm support. So attempting to get support here.

If your Fitbit suddenly stops counting your steps; you need to restart your Fitbit at least 3 times.
