Hi I have a Charger 2 and ran out of battery and when recharging it it showed a different time and date. I charged it yesterday and shows October 20 then the time is ahead of the actual time. In which case, tried syncing from my LG G6 and with Bluetooth of course on with my android phone yet nada. So any suggestions or try to contact FitBit about my situation even though the rest of the watch works find as its wrong time and date.
Thanks

I have the same problem. My fitbit battery went flat and I was away on holiday. When I came back and charged it again it was on the date and time it went flat. I can't get it to update to current date and time. Tried resetting it. Reconecting Bluetooth. It stopped syncing to my android phone a few months ago but still I used it every day to track my steps, tell the time etc. But I can't even do that now, so it is useless even as a watch!!! Very frustrated. If you find a solution I would be pleased to see if it works for me.

Get the fitbit app, sign in with regular fitbit account, look at the top bar and you'll see a picture of a charge 2. Click on that and you'll see a little double arrow in a circle. That will sync the time and date. You just have to keep your fitbit close to the computer during sync.

Thanks as I had to upgrade my LG G6 with the FitBit then let it sync. Back to normal now 😄
