Sync issues

my Fitbit shows it starts to sink, then it stops and then it keeps re-trying it is not syncing, anyone have any suggestions I’ve turned my phone on and off and I am going to be reading through whatever I can find regarding my Fitbit Charge 2

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

A restart is just pressing the side button it goes dark but it’s still on, I’ve tried all these things before even turned off my phone turn off the Wi-Fi started it again, but I’ll keep trying thank you

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.

What phone di you have?

There are real issues syncing with Samsung A40 as it is currently not supported.

I have a iphone 10xri tried to  do a "cold start" .. it doesnt even seem like that happens... it wont even sync up to the blue tooth now
