Hello,
Around New Years, my Fitbit decided that it wasn't going to vibrate anymore. I made sure to check that Do Not Disturb and Sleep were off, and still nothing. Even when you try to change vibration strength it doesn't vibrate. Does anyone know of a fix?

Test the vibration motor by connecting the device to charging cable. Once connected, the device should vibrate.

The FitBit does not vibrate when plugged in. Is there anything that I can do to get the motor to start working again, or do I need a replacement?

I believe this is the part you need to replace (scroll and select Vibrator at $39.99):-
If the device still under warranty then contact support immediately. If out of warranty, I suspect Fitbit doesn't support such repair. You can check out with Fitbit support.

Depending on the tracker, it vibrates when you plug it in and reset the tracker.
