Yesterday my Fitbit 3 started buzzing continuously. The clock face was black. If I held down the button it would stop for a moment, but then resume again. I was pretty sure it was charged but plugged it in just in case, cuz with a blank clock face I had no idea what the problem was. It did stop buzzing when charging, but the clock face still remains blank.
Help! Really have loved my Fitbit!

Mine was doing the same for over a week. I tried resetting it with different methods suggested in the forum but to no avail. My fitbit was also saying I was achieving 30min of activity and my heart rate was recorded higher than it should have been while sitting at my computer. At night it would randomly start vibrating and the screen would stay on too. I just got off the phone with fitbit support and they are sending me a replacement. Their number is 1 (877) 623-4997. Good luck!

Mine started doing this Saturday night. I also tried to do the reset that was suggested in other threads but now the screen won't turn on and it randomly vibrates for long periods of time.

Were you within the warranty period? They said I wasn’t & denied me a replacement☹️. They offered me a small discount on a new one. 😒
Reading the forum it seems clear this vibrating issue is happening to many people, seems a product problem. I wish companies would stand behind their products.

I need to contact them today when I get home from work. I bought mine on May 15, 2020 but I bought it from Best Buy. I'm not sure what FitBit's warranty is. I would hope they would replace something under 3 months old.
