We purchased a Fitbit 4 for my husband for Christmas last year. Fourteen months later and the band broke off where it connects to the watch. The warranty period has expired. I would like to get the Fitbit repaired. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to find information on returning the watch for repair or replacement. I do not want to put out another $200 toward a Fitbit with what appears to be a common design defect/flaw. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @tdmsafari_Joy there is no repair for any of the Fitbit styles. Some people with this problem bought a third party band from Amazon which held the pebble portion of the Charge 4 and worked well. You could try that. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

Having the same issue. It is not easy to find a way to contact Fitbit. 1 - 2 months after the warranty period should still be covered because I didn't buy a product for it to only last 11 months.
