  • My fitbit broke. Tried talking to supportbut they ended up disconnecting the conversation. Never got it fixed or replaced. Have had a fitbit for years. Now not sure if I will buy a new one ever again. Not a happy person right now. It’s been weeks with zero response

No email yet. I’m still undecided if I will get a new Fitbit. If customer service doesn’t want to help then why should I get one.
