Hi all,
So my Fitbit battery is acting up on me the last 2 days. I have had for exactly two years now.
I charge it to 100%, remove it from the charger, the battery goes to 0% in less than 15min. Also the heart rate monitor is not working.
When I took of the straps, I noticed a discharge on seams underneath. What is this? Battery acid?

@tjoker It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't keeping its charge. Try cleaning the contacts including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves. Notice that the battery issue may be the reason the heart rate sensor isn't working so lets tackle this first before we can address the other one.
Let me know how it goes!
