Hi I’m from the Philippines and i wish to buy a new black and red straps for my fitbit charge 2 watch. Where can i buy them? Thanks

Hello @enrique_ricky and welcome to the Help forum.  I am answering from the US.  I did some searching.  I don't see an Amazon website that is specific for the Philippines.  I found two "intermediate" shipping companies -- Borderlinx and Johnny Air Plus.  With these, you order from Amazon in the US and it gets to you in the Philippines.

 

Also, this page shows Authorized Retailers in the Philippines.  Fitbit stopped selling the Charge 2 a few years ago.  It might be hard for you to find a replacement strap in the Philippines.  If you have to order it from another country, the shipping might be more than the value of the strap.

Hi LZeeW thank you for your email. I found an official fitbit online shop here in PH (Lazada) and they have the strap I’m looking for.
In case it’s out of stock will ask my relatives in Anchorage and LA to help me find one.
