My fitbit charge 2 will not hold a charge and my BMP won't register! Is it time to get a new fit bit or can this one be saved for now PLEASE HELP!!!

I have starting have the same issue. I bought my Charge 2 in May 2017. After being on the charger it will register full charge, but then will display a exclamation mark when I remove from the charger and it is then flat. Help!

p.s. purchased in Australia so only 12 month warranty applies I think.
