After syncing my charge 2 to the app, it has wiped my data for several days at least from both my device and the app. I have tried resyncing, quitting the app and restarting my charge 2 device. None of this has worked

@Kikiconfused Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.Let me help you with your missing data. It sounds as if you setup your device again. Did you remove it from your account at any time? I suggest you manually log your activities for the period affected since syncing haven't retrieve this data.
