So the screen will not stop flashing notification on notification off as well it's vibrating the button on the side pushes in and out without difficulties what is wrong with it

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not working as it should Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions and see how it behaves after this.

My Fitbit has been doing this for about a month now but past the warranty. Now my daughters ace2 that she purchased in June 2020 is doing it as well. So frustrated with these products all doing it. And this was her hard earned money. I have had the worst luck with Fitbit products lasting more than a year and a half. Never had one last more than 2 yrs ever!

It sounds like the Charge 2 has a stuck button. Maybe some dirt is holding it in?
