My fitbit charge 3 was not getting connected to the mobile for last 3 days and I noticed the time shown in the tracker was not the actual time. Tried it by rebooting, reseting the device, still it is not getting connected with phone. When we try to connect from the Bluetooth page "incorrect passkey" message is coming. When tried to be get connected from the app, after finding the tracker it waits severals minutes showing "connecting" and will come up with "Try again" message. Please help me.

Hi @Sonujose a user will not be able to connect through the phones Bluetooth.

Is the tracker still connected to your fitbit account, and shows in your fitbit app?

It sounds like you have a sync issue, I suggest looking at these tips

Now if the tracker was removed from the app, a non syncing tracker should never be removed, I would still look at the sync tips.

I would also look at Why can't I setup my tracker.
