Fitbit Charge 2 display not working

My Fitbit screen has gone black. It’s charged and synchronised to the phone, where I can still get the info. I’ve tried restarting but it hasn’t worked. What next? Thank you

I will assist you with your Charge 2 display. Thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persist please let our Support team know so they can further assist you just like @WendyB suggested. I have created a ticket with them so you will get an email.
