My Charge 2 doesn't sincronized since a week ago with my Sumsung A5
I did everything I could. The support told me how but nothing happened

Mine hasn't worked in over a month. The app keeps closing and never syncs. I updated, logged out & back in, uninstalled & reinstalled but nothing has helped.
