Its seems that every 2 years my Fitbit just dies.   I have tried two different charges and it will not charge.  Do they only last 2 years?  I really need my fitbit and cant just keep buying new ones.

@Sassyy Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not charging and thank you for trying different charging cables. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your tracker charge.
