Fitbit Charge 2 not charging

bought fitbit May 31, 2017. will not charge, will not come on. how long is warranty, I bought it from fingerhut but I thought it would last longer than this. If you need proof of purchase please let me know, I can give it

Warranty was for one year and ran out on may 17, 2018. Sounds like a dead battery.  I would try a call to Customer Support and see what kind of deal they may offer.

@dwcurtis7 Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't charging. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. If the issue persist you can let our support team know just like @SunsetRunner mentioned. You can see the warranty details here
