Yesterday and today I have tried all the trouble shooting tips, but my charge 2 still isn't syncing with the latest version of the app. Very frustrating!

Let me help you syncing your Charge 2 with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You don't mention which steps you tried. Also which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:

I have an iPhone 6 and I’ve tried the different steps you advised as well as resetting my charge 2 however it still won’t sync. Bluetooth doesn’t even recognise my charge 2 as a device anymore? This is Day 3 now now and the Fitbit is counting steps etc fine just can’t connect it to my phone to the Fitbit app. Not sure what else to try?

Mine will not either...looks like it hasn’t connected since the last 2 update ( 1-2 weeks).
