Fitbit Charge 2 not syncing

Have an issue with my charge 2 not syncing again, last synced 6 July. Have tried restarting it but not worked. Have seen another suggestion on here to along with the number of people with the same issue. Really don't have the time to be disconnecting software, it should work without this. This will be the last time I purchase a Fitbit 😡

Let me help you syncing your Charge 2 with your phone. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
