Fitbit Charge 2 randomly stopped working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit has been charging for a couple of days (I forgot to pull it off) and this morning it showed the battery as full and the welcome message. A few minutes later it stopped responding. No lights, no nothing. My phone can't even find it. Is it just not holding a charge?

@kburnett, welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi. So I charged my Fitbit and for a while it was working even though it
died in 48 hours when it usually lasts 5-6 days. Now the screen is
pixelated and after it died it began to vibrate intensely and randomly. It
only stopped when I put it on the charger. I took it off and left it at
home for the day and when I can back it only had 10% left after just
sitting all day. These things have happened completely out of the blue. Any
other suggestions would be appreciated.
