Sometimes after I charge my Fitbit, I have an "Exclamation Point" (!) on my Fitbit.  Could someone please tell me what it means?  Thanks bunches and have a super day!!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 showing an exclamation mark. This usually shows when the battery is depleted. Still I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.

I did this and my charge 2 still didn't work an I'm still getting an exclamation mark

I did this yesterday and when I charged it again this morning, I got the exclamation mark again!! I uninstalled and installed it again!! Very frustrating! Thanks bunches for the input!!
