I've been using my charge2 for the last two years without a hitch until a couple of weeks ago. My fitbit's charge used to last me 3 to 4 days until october when it's charge started running out before the day was out. I haven´t changed my running habits so I tried to reset the unit but it seems like the reset wont take - I only hear a slight buzz after touching the reset button for a few seconds but I don't get a logo. This morning when I got up to run I noticed the time on the fitbit was stuck at 9:01 last night and had the same steps as last night so the unit seems to have frozen up but it seems to be syncing alright and registered this morning's run. The charge2's screen is stuck and will not reset or cycle through the other items I have selected to appear on sceen. Any sugestions?
