Has anyone found a solution to this?
The bottom half of my screen is still visible, but the top half has gone blank. I have no damage to the screen. It is still sending all info to the app, I just can't view the time or my steps on the watch.
I've tried letting it die and doing a reset, doing a reset on a full battery, and so on.
This started in August, and I'm feeling so frustrated 😬 this is my second Fitbit to have issues within 2 years of purchasing the product. Of course it's outside the warranty.
