Fitbit Charge 2 won't hold charge

I have charged my fitbit until it says 100% I walk around for about 5 minutes and the battery is dead again. I have tried resetting it as well as changing the clock face. What more can I do?

@KAS1979 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not holding its charge. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
