I bought my Fitbit Charge 2 in February 2017 and it just stopped working January 5, 2019. I called the company and they told me it died and only had a 1 year replacement warranty and they could offer me a 25% discount on a new purchase. Make sure to purchase the extended warranty on this product or it's going in the garbage. I'll be purchasing an Apple watch.

Sorry that happened, many of us have 4-6 year old fitbits that still work.

Be careful with Apple they only expect their watches to last 3 years at the most.
