I’ve had my charge 3 for over a year now and this has only happened recently. I press the button to turn it on only some on the pixels in the top left turn on and they are in no particular order just in a group. I’ve tried both resets, looked at different forums but nothing works. The touch screen still works because I can swipe across and press on things like the meditation and they will begin to work. I can also set a timer from my phone and it will still go off as well as it still tracks my steps and sleep.
Any help would be appreciated!

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the tracker is still syncing I suggest you try changing the clock face.

Thanks @AlvaroFitbit for the advice but it does not seem to have been fixed. Are there any other ways to get the Fitbit to work again?
