Hi,

My wifes Fitbit Charge 3 appears dead.

There's no display or activity lights showing. When placed on charge it only gets hot and does not accept the charge. I've cleaned the contacts on the charger and the Fitbit, but still signs of life.

I've tried all the tricks and tips YouTube has to offer, but with no results. Can some kind soul please help?
