Hi my Fitbit started to show black lines on the top for no reason.
Now it's hard to read the hour. I've changed the clock but other measures dont look good. It looks like internally some lines were turned off.
I've reseted it, and still with the same problem.
I've checked online and there was no answer.
Please help.

Finally the product fails after 2 years of use.
So there isn't guarantee and they give you a discount to get another one.
It's really not eco friendly and bad quality.
I won't recommend

Hello I was washing the dishes and suddenly half the screen blacked out and black lines went on the other side after being submerged in water. Considering this is a waterproof device this made me pretty upset and there are no cracks or scratches anywhere found on the device. This device is fairly new and I it's annoying I thought the quality was better on things like this. As someone who needs the heart rate this is critical I need to be able to see my heart rate to make sure I am not going to pass out. Please I can't afford another one can you help me? It's overall such a waste of money and yeah... Don't buy a Fitbit

I am having the same issue but it is not only doing this for the time. I have black lines through the steps, calories and miles. It has progressively gotten worse. I have rebooted the device. I have tried changing the clock display. None of these efforts have helped.
