got this for a birthday present and it stopped working, the side button wont  work

If you need or wish to return your device you will need to consult with Support before taking any action as they will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please follow their instructions to avoid losing the package if it is sent to an incorrect address or misplaced in the warehouse if it doesn't the proper documentation.
