Hi there, 

 

My fitbit charge 3 started off by flashing to 'screen wake notifications' screen, then was calculating my exercise incorrectly for eg an 18 min walk was showing as 18 cals burned and so on. 35 min run - 35 cals etc. 

I charged it throughout the night, put it on this morning at 100% and 5 minutes later it was at 1% 

i think it has just broken - any one the same or any ideas? Highly annoying not even 1 year old.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 3. Thank you for the information provided.

If you haven't done it already, please restart your Tracker by following these steps. If the message screen wake notifications continues please turn off and back the notifications setting by pressing and holding the side button on the clock screen until you see a hidden menu. Tap notifications to enable/disable. 

Whether you continue having difficulties, please let me know if your Charge 3 turns on.
