Yesterday my charge 3 just...died. It had plenty of charge, but it just went black and even when I did put it on the charger, nothing happened. Anyone else have this issue?

Hello @Badbekah. Welcome to the community forums!

Thank you for the detailed information. If your Charge 3 isn't charging now, I'd recommend performing some troubleshooting steps suggested in this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

If that doesn't help, I suggest performing a long restart by following the steps below:

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable.
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

If these steps work and your Charge 3 turns on and it starts charging again, please make sure that it is updated to the latest Firmware version; otherwise, you can perform the update by following the instructions here

On a side note, I've moved your post to the Other Charge Trackers board to keep our forums organized.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the advice. I tried everything you suggested, but nothing
worked. My fitbit is still dead, but was at 70% charge when this happened
so I have no idea what's going on.
